My client is a Financial Advisory, Independent Financial Advisory firm based in Leeds, proividing Investment and Financial Advice to both businesses and individuals.
We are currently seeking a Trainee Investment Administrator, specifically you’ll be responsible for preparing Adviser Commission statements, a\dding Adviser charges and invoices into internal systems, running price feeds, opening, scanning and distribution of post, ordering stationery supplies, logging and scanning supplier invoices, scanning and binding reports, setting up new clients on internal systems, cash sheet reconciliations, inputting supplier invoices onto accountancy systems, check and processing expense claims.
We are seeking someone who ideally is seeking to start developing a career within financial services and / or Financial Planning, this role is entry level and therefore we do not require you to have any financial qualifications, but we would prefer someone that has 1-3 years experience working within an Office Support type role. Ideally you will have good GCSE Maths / English & A level grades, a Degree is not necessary but may be an advantage to you.
This is a good entry level role for someone wishing to start to build a career in Financial Services, in the future there will be the opportunity for you to study for further qualifications within Financial Planning.
