Job Description


My client is a American based Software firm, who are wanting to expand into the UK markets, providing cutting edge technology to make it super easy for companies to outsource routine, back-office work so they are free to focus on innovation and growth.

We are now seeking a Sales Leader who will join in creating and managing a new European Sales team. As the Sales manager you’ll be responsible for building the Sales team and contribute to driving revenue growth by landing and winning new clients.

You will primarily build an Inside Sales Team, comprising of Inside Account Executives and New Business Sales Development Reps, you will qualify and develop leads by prospecting for new clients, qualifying leads and opportunities, demo-ing relevant tech and materials, presenting proposals, and then closing the deals. Your pipeline will be sourced from your own prospecting into new accounts as well as leads sourced by a partnered sales development representative (once you hire them).

We are seeking someone who has been successful in building Sales teams previously ideally within a Technology, Software or SaaS environment within the EMEA region. Your customers will primarily be venture-backed, technology-centric startups, but also include everything from SMB-large-enterprise companies to IPO’d startups. This companies existing clients include Microsoft, Expensify, Ibotta, Drive.AI, etc.

We ideally require someone with the above, coupled with a Bachelors Degree, ideally within a Technology focused discipline, with 5_ years Sales and/or Account Management exprience, ideally within a SaaS start-up, with at least 2 years of proven leadership experience, with the ability to hire and develop and train a young workforce to full potential.
