My client is an Asset Management, Stockbroking and Financial Advisory firm, providing Asset Management and Financial Solutions to both Businesses and Individuals across the UK.
We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to work on the Asset Management side of the business and to assist the back office custody team with ongoing operational administration. Specifically you would be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Contracts process including stock setup, preparation of 793 letters, Spanish withholding letters, sorting out nominee post, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Money Market payment requests and monitoring receipts, assisting with the accurate and timely delivery of the CREST and non-CREST processes by producing morning and day reports and reconciliations, updating back office systems and dealing with stock transfers for UK clients, assisting with the cash settlements process, preparing CREST cash and stamp records and preparing statements for Cash and Corporate Actions departments, ensure accurate and timely completion of all reconciliations (unit trust holdings, firm bought/sold accounts, in house safe and other custodian held stocks.).
We are ideally seeking someone who has around 1-3 years experience working within a similar environment within the Financial Services / Investment / Asset Management industry. Very strong package involved with this role including 30 days holiday and further training & development offered for the right individual!
