My client is a small Wealth Management / Financial Advisory firm based in Rotherham, providing Financial Advice to both businesses and individuals throughout the Yorkshire areas.
We are urgently seeking an Office Manager / Paraplanner, working closely with Financial Advisers you will be responsible for providing Administrative & Sales Support which could include:
Processing new business applications
Checking, correcting and maintaining a variety of financial and other business records in internal databases
Being the first point of call for Clients and 3rd party providers
Preparing various Financial and Administrative reports
Offer administrative support to financial advisers either by providing relevant information or by maintain investment updates.
Developing opportunities to improve administrative functions, to assist in keeping pace with the fast evolving financial business and increasing numbers of clients, funds under management and new joining staff members
Preparing Suitability Letters & Reports
Fund & Product Research – Undertaking analysis and proposing solutions for individual clients
Compilation of research material
We are seeking those either fully Level 4 qualified or those who are part-qualified with the relevant experience within Investment Administration, and with experience of the Paraplanning side also, ideally you will have at least 3+ year experience preferably more.
