Job Description


My client is a firm of Independent Financial Advisers and Finance Brokers, advising on a wide range of personal finance with a focus on Pensions and Investments.

We are seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join a team of Administrative staff providing support to Financial Advisers. Specifically you will process and monitor all new business applications for Financial Advisers liaising with clients and product providers, you will maintain a strict diary system for all cases submitted and provide regular updates on cases and their development, ensure that all files are compliant with regards to AML (Anti-money Laundering) requirements, provide support to Advisers with regards to client valuations, key client reviews, collation / completion of all required documentation, meeting preparation, general servicing inquiries including policy and contract alterations, document scanning and taking calls from both product providers and clients.

We are seeking someone who has 1-3 years Administration experience working within Financial Services ideally with a focus on Pensions and Investments , it would be to your advantage if you are currently studying towards a Diploma in Financial Planning, or have a keen desire to.
